Cindy Connor, 70, of Greensboro, NC and resided Bedford, VA passed away on Saturday May 13, 2023.
Cindy was preceded in death by both her parents, Harry and Elizabeth Connor of Greensboro, NC. She is survived by her two daughters: Ashley Bigham Wilmot (Brian) of Knoxville, TN and Morgan Rhyne Marple (Brian) of Rustburg, VA. Grandchildren Ryan & Tyler Wilmot, and Ian Kincaid, Isaac, Abigail Marple. She is also survived by her two siblings Harry (Tadd) Connor of Hendersonville, NC and Angie Connor Hicks of Atlanta, GA.
Cindy was an avid lover of the arts and supported many of the arts throughout her life wherever she lived. She was a unique individual who marched to her own beat. She touched so many along her life’s journey and will be greatly missed.
Cindy donated her body to the Anatomy Gift Registry of Maryland. She also requested her ashes be returned to the earth in the mountain of VA at a later date.
