I am writing in regard to Proposed Halfway House at 4059 Lowry Road, Goode, VA My husband and I live right next door and have a view of the main house, pool, double car detached garage, small ranch house and numerous out buildings. At this time Sobrius Curae, LLC are asking for a special use permit for the main house and garage. In their application they say, "We will not change structure of the property at this time." When and what will they want to do next.
There are many roadways off of Lowry Road in this area. One is the Otter Elementary School located less than a mile away. We also have children in the area, concerns least of which are sewer, water and traffic. There will be many patients in the process of detoxification, which brings security up. Will there be a licensed physician and other licensed staff in the medical field.
