• Carroll County: 9-10:30 a.m., Carroll County Administration Building, Board of Supervisors Room, 605-1 Pine Street, Hillsville

• Galax: 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Galax Municipal Building, Conference Room, 111 E. Grayson Street

• Grayson County: 2:30-4 p.m., Grayson County Administration Building, Board of Supervisors Room, 129 Davis Street, Independence.
