The Wythe-Grayson Regional Library is launching this year’s Summer Reading Program, “All Together Now,” at the Grayson County, Fries and Whitetop public libraries.
Readers of all ages are invited to participate and discover the joy of reading together. The program will run from May 30-July 20.
To kick off the program, the libraries will host a T-shirt screenprinting event at each branch, from 2-4 p.m. — June 6 at the Whitetop Public Library, June 7 at the Fries Public Library and June 8 at the Grayson County Public Library.
Bring a light- or dark-colored T-shirt to the library to be screenprinted with a vibrant “All Together Now” design. While you’re there, enjoy skill toy play featuring flop balls, spinning plates and other toys.
For a complete list of summer reading program activities, visit your local library or go to wythegrayson.lib.va.us.
The program will also feature virtual programming with the “All Together Now” theme, featuring engaging experiences with Page Turner Adventures.
The library thanked summer reading program sponsors, including Friends of the Grayson County, Library of Virginia and local businesses.
