WOODLAWN — St. Joseph’s Parkinson’s/Essential Tremor Support Group has entered its 12th year.

“If you're looking for programs to keep you moving, to meet people who are on a similar journey to yourself, and to learn how to live well with Parkinson's and Essential Tremor, we have programs each month that are both interesting and informative," said program facilitator Mary Ann Riccitiello. "Part of our meeting is a roundtable discussion among members. We hope you'll join us.”

This free, non-denominational support group meets on the second Wednesday of each month at St. Joseph Church in Woodlawn. The meetings provide emotional support and news you can use in managing Parkinson’s and/or Essential Tremor.

“Make real friendships and share ups and downs in a judgment-free place,” Riccitiello said.
